Don’t fix the problem of the AC they installed and don’t respond to phone calls or emails. Say they’ll be back but never return.
Unreliable, dishonest and unsafe. Constant time changes and no correspondence to check times they wanted will suit. Arranged to be home for 2 seperate days, working around them, only to be cancelled on last minute. One of the cancelations he claimed he fell off a roof. Should have trusted the bad feeling we had from the outset.
