My 6 year old Bradford combi started to leak, active air personnel came by assess and diagnosed the problem and deemed to be manufacturing defect and they find out it still under warranty, got me the new water heater and installed it, all the time very professional, prompt, and educated me on how to do the regular maintenance,

I have been using Active Air Comfort/ Quality Inc. for more than 20 years. The service I get is second to none. Dealing with Eddie is dealing with your brother. If let say when I wanted to replace My 1987 Keeprite Air Conditioner in 2015 as I believed was wasting too much energy, Eddie said Frank if you do not have problems with it leave it alone as the saving will be minimal with the cost of a new Air conditioner as you only going to use your Air conditioner for a few months a year. Very professional company. I was highly satisfied with the outcome. The product was even better than I expected. The service was quick and super friendly and I would hire them again.
Unprofessional. Got A/C installed with humidifier, Electrical furnace re-useable filter. Humidifier not worked at all. In filter unit, they put filter of half length. On making complaint, they never made any visit. Stay away from them.
