I’ve had a great experience with this real estate team. They’ve been consistently professional, quick to respond, and easy to deal with. The online portal made everything straightforward and efficient, and every interaction has been polite and friendly. Pathetic agents and services. They would suck every penny out of you. I moved out the property early, organized pre-exit inspection and returned the key on the same day. Everything went well at the pre-exit inspection, then turned around saying the house is dirty and required professional cleaning. We returned the house in the same condition, if not in a better condition then we moved in. These are all shown in the entry and exit report photos. They failed to provide further photos/evidence to show the areas that are dirty. ... read more
