I just joined the center and took my first exercise class for seniors with Linda it was the best thing I could do for myself. This class helped me to get motivated and not just sit around on my day off on Wednesdays it's a good class it really is thank you so much Linda
The staff here are so kind and it's always lovely to meet new seniors. They offer a wide range of resources, classes, and serve a wonderful lunch at a very affordable price!
