I was lucky enough to get a new Physical Therapist at Activcore in Newtown, His name is Brandon Carestia and his brother Brian had been my therapist a while back in Princeton. Brandon has been helping me with my hip pain and his exercises are spot on and he is thorough and really listens and takes his time a patience so I really get to feel the changes in my body. He spends a lot of time with exercises and making sure I am doing them right. If you need a physical therapist check him out at Activcore.
Since working with Bryan and doing the daily exercises he’s designed and prescribed for me, my chronic back pain has been alleviated.
Dr Brandon was great. Very thorough and helped me in just a few sessions.
Their tailored approach and encouraging demeanor make every session effective.
A PT who gets his clients: I have worked with Bryan for 4 years and I won’t use anyone else. He has extensive knowledge of the body and how it moves during activities which allows him to diagnose the root cause for pain and treatment to not only alleviate the pain but to prevent it in the future using a variety of strengthening and stretching techniques.
