I have had the good fortune to be introduced to Dr. Bryan Carestia. I had a nagging QL muscle problem for several years and finally decided to see a doctor about it. Dr. Carestia had me do a few specific movements and exercises and identified the issue in the first session and sent me on my way with some specific exercises. He also suggested I try out different running shoes and that was extremely helpful as well. My hips are starting to learn the proper positioning through the exercises he has given me and in two sessions t... read more

Bryan Carestia is incredible. I developed a complication from plantar fasciitis that stopped me from running completely for two years. I had been an avid long-distance runner my entire life and it was devastating. Bryan is an incredibly gifted physical therapist with nuanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology. He listens closely and makes adjustments with every visit to avoid pain and make steady progress. We were able to target my weak muscles and find exercises that restored my strength and flexibility. I was finally able... read more

Dr. Bryan Carestia is a highly skilled and educated physical therapist . He has been instrumental in my recovery from a major injury, a ruptured Achilles tendon, after surgery and a minor surgery , a cheilectomy of the big toe. During the initial assessment and each session thereafter, Bryan will listen to your story and ask for your feedback. I felt listened to and my treatment was tailored to my specific recovery and adjusted from week to week , depending upon how I was feeling. His attentiveness helped me hang in there du... read more

I am so grateful for the help I’ve received here. I’ve felt significant progress in only a few visits. The sessions are a perfect combination of hands on work and take home exercises that really work to alleviate pain. An overall excellent experience!

Highly recommend! I had a great experience working with Dr. Brandon at Activcore Newtown after a hip flexor strain. He was professional, friendly, and always on time (not making me wait in the waiting room like I have at other PT clinics). He quickly diagnosed my issue and created a plan that helped me regaun strength and get back to playing soccer and doing the hobbies I enjoy. He was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions thoroughly, and genuinely cared about my recovery, even following up afterward to make sure I ... read more
