Dawn is amazing (!!) but the reception needs help with manners. My husband couldn't get in for 3 months and they knew they couldn't help him and instead of calling us back and letting him know, they were going to let us wait 3 months and then have to make an appt somewhere else. I don't care for the attitudes and it makes it really hard to go there.
Very friendly and easy to get an appointment. Great nurse and NP.
