I had double knee replacement in Feb last year and struggled with weight gain pre and post op, due to reduced physical activity. I am so thankful I have been referred to Jessica and the Activate Team: Dietician, Exercise and Hydro sessions, for help and guidance. I am motivated and excited about my journey back to full fitness (mind and body) now!!! I can’t recommend Activate highly enough!!! A HUGE “Thank You”!!! Katherine

Can’t recommend the team enough! My daughter sees Jess and the progress she has made has been phenomenal. For someone that was told she would never walk Jess has now got her jumping! Fabulous team and extremely caring and accomodating.
