I strongly recommend Activade Health. Dr. Ken has been amazing at pinpointing the underlying issues behind my neck pain and posture challenges. He takes a holistic view of the body, and the PT app — with guided home exercises and sleep‑quality checks — has been incredibly helpful. The fact that his practice is inside a gym makes everything easier, since some exercises are done on-site. Caring and thoughtful! Gym membership is separate if you want to work out beyond the PT sessions.Â
Dr. Ken is a 5 star PT! A few months ago I was trying to start running again to shed a few pounds. Instead, I found my knees and ankles would hurt so bad every run ended in frustration. And I felt nervous about getting injured while playing pickleball. Felt like I was headed in the wrong direction in my fitness journey. Dr. Ken is amazing!! 10/10 I couldn’t recommend him enough. I originally went to him for dry needling, pain in my shoulder, and back pain while running. He did a complete assessment and put me on a 90 day plan which corrected and improved my running form, my posture is better, my shoulder pain is completely gone, and now we’re working on strengthening certain muscles so these problems don’t return. Truly the best!Â
Dr. Ken is great! Very knowledgeable and has helped give me the tools to improve lingering issues I’ve had for years.Â
