Dr. Ken is amazing!! 10/10 I couldn’t recommend him enough. I originally went to him for dry needling, pain in my shoulder, and back pain while running. He did a complete assessment and put me on a 90 day plan which corrected and improved my running form, my posture is better, my shoulder pain is completely gone, and now we’re working on strengthening certain muscles so these problems don’t return. Truly the best!Â

Have had very good results with Ken and the services he has provided. He worked with me for my first and second half marathons. And I was able to see and feel improvements in both events. I would always recommend his services.Â
Dr. ken assessed my knee/achilles injury then provided a step by step plan on how to get healthy and gain strength in the areas necessary to train how I want. Perfect for runners or anyone trying to gain an edge in their fitness levels. I would recommend him to anyone!Â
