I have used Activa home health for over a year and they have been so amazing! I’ve dealt with Anne who takes care of all the calls and she has been nothing less than amazing. She always gets back to me right away. She takes care of all the arrangements. All of the nurses and physical therapists have taken such good care of my uncle. Ann Chesnut is the kindest most compassionate and patient driven woman I have ever met. I would trust any one i know under her care. She always goes above and beyond for her patients. Activa is an amazing company with dedicated staff that truly cares for their patients and they couldn't have picked a better person to represent their amazing company.
