The service experience was significantly subpar. Despite canceling a membership at a superior facility for convenience, the process at this gym proved excessively time consuming. A 20 minute wait in line was followed by an additional 35 minutes wait which was unexpected given the apparent lack of activity. The waiting area was foisty and bleak. Editing my review after having been there since January, it’s fair to say my views have changed. The gym is ok for the price, and a decent size. The weight area is fairly small (I imagine more so on a night, I have heard it can be a struggle to get on machines) but going really early it’s not much of a problem. The gym could definitely benefit from some enforced rules. Weights are often left on machines, and some people leave sweat on machines after they finish, instead of cleaning it with the supplies offered, though I woul... read more
