After at least 6 times my hearing aides were sent back to repairer and as I just got them back today after a 4 week wait and less than 12 months since last repair I was informed that I owe $490 at the last minute. Paul even told me it was covered under guarantee since last repair. I am a pensioner and could only afford $50 and will have to pay the rest off. This is not good business.
