It was great. He got me in sooner than he said he did the work. The only issue I had was at the last moment. He told me cash only which was a little wild. He explained to me why, but yeah, it's just dirty business to me. Other than that, everything was great. I had to take one star for that. But he is mom and pop car auto-repair. I believe he's fair. I believe he does good work.
Went in with no appointment and James was able to fix my Buick on the spot. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. I have found my new mechanic!
Had brake work done and all the problems I had before are now gone. I called in the evening time, vehicle was put in the next morning and completed well before noontime. Definitely would recommend this auto shop.
This is best experience we’ve had with a mechanic in a couple years! He really took the time to explain issues to us and was extremely transparent. Would highly recommend and definitely going back!
