After having some problems with my brakes recently and having the pads and rotors changed just 2 weeks ago, with no improvement, I knew there was something more wrong with it. I contacted this shop late on Wednesday night. I was immediately contacted back first thing the next morning by the mechanic and had my car in there by a little after noon and completely fixed within just a couple hours.
