Tracy is a knowledgeable therapist who uses a variety of techniques but I really like her deep tissue work. I try to get in and see her at least twice monthly and have received tremendous benefit in physical and psychological well being. Her new location is more conveniently located and is a quiet and clean building
Tracy does excellent work. I was surprised about some of the things she has been able to correct. A quick example, .. I couldn't turn my head fully to the right. A bit of work on neck, and, gosh, it works again. No bone cracking from a chiropractor needed. Very happy. I'll be seeing her regularly.
Tracy took the time to listen to my concerns and make a plan to not only heal my physical pain, but also lifted a burden of feeling like my shoulder pain/injury would be something that I would always have to manage. She was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with pain and feeling stuck with lack of solutions. She is an absolute gem.
