Tracy took the time to listen to my concerns and make a plan to not only heal my physical pain, but also lifted a burden of feeling like my shoulder pain/injury would be something that I would always have to manage. She was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with pain and feeling stuck with lack of solutions. She is an absolute gem.
Chronic neck C5-7 and lower back pain for several years now. Have done steroid shots, needling, Chiro, you name it. Was recommended to Tracy from a colleague and it has been game changing for me! I can't recommend highly enough!
I would give this more than five stars if possible! I had a 90 min massage from Tracy on Friday. By Saturday morning, I woke up without pain or stiffness in my lower back and hips for the first time in I don't know how long. My body felt a lot more loose, I had a lot more movement, and mobility. Then when I went to the gym later, I did stretches and noticed a considerable difference in the amount of mobility again. I will be going back for a regular maintenance because my body hasn't moved this well in years!
I only seek out the best when it comes to massage therapy. Tracy is a natural healer. Don’t hesitate to book her no matter your issue.
Tracy has magic hands. She’s incredibly thorough and gets right to the heart of the problem. She is very warm and inviting and puts you straight at ease. She has worked wonders on the inflammation in my neck and shoulders and works out any tightness I have anywhere from playing tennis. Absolutely recommend her to everyone.
