I would like to give action wellness a five star rating! Melinda and Erin are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve lost over 53 pounds with their help, I don’t think I would be as successful without them. Now that I’m in my 40s, being healthy is extremely important to me. I’m treating my body the way that it should be treated because of the things I learned while at Action Wellness! The energy and confidence I have is better than when I was in my 20s!

I’ve been getting the vitamin infusions for approximately 6 months now, I feel so great. I’ve notice that my energy is better and my joints aren’t bothering me like they used to (I’m 67 yrs) I’ve also been working with Melinda and Erin with the Semiglutide weight loss program. Since April 2023 I am down 35 lbs. and 2 sizes. They work closely with me, absolutely no judgement only encouragement. I feel so blessed that they both came into my life. Sincere, authentic caring professionals. They know their stuff!
