I'm still scratching my head and wondering how the Delaware dept of licensing can justify giving this guy a retail license every year. In my case, I felt it necessary to call the police in on day 2 of attempting to get my stored jet ski removed from the property without any ADDITIONAL "SURPRISE" CHARGES, and without any further incident. Oh well, live and learn.
I am very familiar with this Business & It's Wonderful Owner; David Miller. The Pressures of Running a Busy Business during the Height of the Summer & Novices who don't know how to Navigate the channels in the Bay can be a Test of any Sane Person....I can only Imagine!
