Our family has had a great experience with Bruce and his services. I would recommend to anyone needing water services. Kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Bruce was absolutely exceptional. We are new to the area and never had to deal with well water and everything that comes with it. Bruce went above and beyond explaining everything we need to know to get us on track and get the right systems. Very thankful and appreciative for all his helpfulness and hard work.
Disappointed. Purchased our house that had a newer Hague RO system and this is the only location locally that I can buy filters and get service. Anytime I call I cannot get anyone to answer. I did have a service tech come out 2 years ago and they were fantastic in showing me the system and how to change the filers. Unfortunately, the location hours that are posted online are not followed. We went last Friday at 4:20 pm when they were supposed to be open until 5pm, closed.
