Had a booking on 9/8. Drove to Incline Village from Reno and paid $10 an hour to park. Upon arrival at the dock we were told it was canceled because they didn't have enough people to go out. Someone in office said they had a "note" we were called. There were no calls made to us to let us know. Call logs from Verizon bill confirmed. No offer of another trip, discounts, refunds for parking, nothing. Avoid this company. They are rude on the phone and dishonest, lying about calling to cancel.
