Eric was super helpful in guiding us through the whole process. I don’t think we’ll ever go anywhere else to buy a boat. The staff here are wonderful and have gone above and beyond. Worst experience in Boating and service from this company.! Service Manager has left the company. Service Manager admits they screwed up on servicing boat, That flooded the boat and wrecked the engine. OWNER could care less and runs from responsibilities. NO authorizations on work orders, STATE Violation that will be reported to Attorney Generals office. RecommendedBought a wakesurf board from them online. It was damaged in shipping and they quickly placed a claim and sent me a replacement before I had even sent that damaged one back. I lost a fin due to a fault of my own and had issues finding a replacement. They helped me locate one. They have gone above and beyond. I will be buying from them again.
I called these guys and made an appointment to get my small outboard tuned up. Said they where backed up and I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment which was no problem . After that weeks went by then they called and told me how much and they were ordering parts. I thought it was an outrageous price for the job but o well I’ll give them a shot. Tried to charge my friend almost $1200 to do a basic tune up on a small great running 15 hp Mercury outboard . Took them nearly three months to even do it
