The staff is unprofessional, doctors aren't registered in the nearest hospitals' databases, and the billing department failed to submit a claim to my insurance. It was by far the worst medical care I have ever received.
Doctor/facility failed to send the prescription to the pharmacy and lab. Really unhappy with the service.

First of all, dont ever expect to get through an urgent care center on time. Doesnt happen even with an appointment. With that in mind Angelica made the whole experience tolerable even though my head was throbbing. The office isnt very warm but what do I expect. Kudos to Angelica she should get a promotion! no one is that friendly when every one else around you is probably miserable.
