I was in town for work, which is never fun when you’re sick, but nurse Christy made me feel very comfortable. She was super friendly and personable. First time video conferencing with a doctor, but the whole experience was efficient and effective. Thanks!
When I eventually did get seen, it was all good. But I had to wait almost 3 hours with no other viable options in the area given all the other urgent care locations nearby are even worse. It was the lesser evil to have to wait. The person working the store was very nice and clearly had a long day but the system is extremely redundant. Even with the advancement of telemedicine, they still haven't figured out how to streamline insurance and patient data gathering. It's OK, you guys will figure it out by like 2030.
This urgent care facility was very conveniently located and I needed to renew a prescription. Travis was the nurse on duty, and he was very knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. I would return to this clinic again, should the need arise.
