Wasted time. I ended up scheduling two phone chats. One last night at 6pm, and another scheduled for 9am today. Neither happened. I went to their website, started help chat, message says someone would join the chat. After 1:15 I replied OK, chat response: Sorry, it seems no one is available. We will email you.

The attending Nurse who took care of me was SUPER kind and caring. & despite the hurdle of seeing the doctor via "skype" it was easy and the diagnosis / treatment plan was effective! & i totally forgot i was in a Safeway lol

With no health insurance I was concerned about expenses in receiving the antibiotics needed to help cure and prevent the contagiousness of my strep throat which I believed I had. While the price was reasonable the strep test came up negative and I coughed up half of my left tonsil which is now gone forever but since the doctor was not present ( it's a video call without actually seeing a doctor at all) I have no idea what I had, what went wrong, why half of my left tonsil is gone, or if I'm actually healed.. not really their... read more

Do not use this clinic - find another one! These people misdiagnosed my child saying he didn't have strep throat when he actually did. Total health risk. We went in for a very sore throat and vomiting. First of all we waited 2 hours to get on a Zoom chat with the doctor, the nurse there did a throat culture afterwards and told us that the results were negative.
