Katherine was so professional, thorough, and kind hearted to my girlfriend and I. She followed up with us on everything throughout the day. This is our first time ever frequenting a virtual urgent care, but Katherine made our experience a positive one!!!!
It was a great visit, especially on a Sunday where most medical offices are closed. I was given the right meds for my condition, ot felt wonderful to get the proper diagnosis. I was pleased with the visit.. Thumbs up
I’ve never been to a virtual urgent care facility before, but this was a very pleasant and speedy experience. The nurses were very knowledgeable and got me checked in quickly and I was able to see a doctor not too long after. Thank you for all of your help and I look forward to using the facility, hopefully not too soon, in the future.
