I booked an appointment with Action Tree after a large piece of a tree in my yard broke off and they never showed up. I was told they never booked it and only offered me the $50 off they charge for someone showing up to look. Don’t waste your time with this company. I am sure other services in the Kelowna area treat their customers better.
