Update: The owner personally called me to apologize, and it appears to have been a miscommunication about the quote on our side. The owner was extremely nice and professional and asked if he could do anything to help us correct the issue. I appreciated his willingness to help and the authenticity of his concern. My wife and I had Action Tree Care come out to help us with some trees in the yard of our new home. Amber, their arborist, was incredible helpful and informative. She was able to help us identify unhealthy trees that needed to be removed and also identify healthy trees that we were able to keep. We worked with Tommy for the initial quote and tree removal.
