Poor customer service from administration – First part of our service (airport pickup) was great, we were contact the night before to confirm out pick up and go over the details. The second half (return to airport) did not go so well. They had put us down for the wrong date. We were not called the night before to confirm and go over the details and so we were never aware they had the wrong date.
