Never heard of a shop/business turn away customers because they are waiting on parts for someone else’s vehicle, no later appointment, just a no can’t help you. Not even trying to be courteous about it just “can’t help call back Monday” (6 days later), just to make an appointment for another day. just lost yourself $4000 of work… can’t even hook up a scan tool? Please don’t make excuses for poor services? At least Mr. Transmission gave me the courtesy to plug I a scan tool.
Jeff was the best. Treated me like I was visible and was open and so very helpful. I am Soo happy I found him. Highly recommend him and his shop. He was soo fair with me. Thank you thank you!!!!
Your vehicle is in good hands with Jeff and his crew. they take pride in their work, and will be upfront and honest. I would recommend Action Transmission to be the first call for all transmission repairs.
