All the staff were great to deal with from sales to the guys in service.
Dan at Action trailers is the guy to see. #salesman Thank you Dan and thanks to the gentleman that helped us in the yard that set up the trailer for us.
I purchased a trailer from them back in 2017 and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time was not the same. I felt like I was being pushed into buying something on the lot and twice trying to get me to put a deposit down. I had specific items that I wanted and I had to ask twice through email the same question with no response. I was willing to wait the 2 months for the custom trailer I wanted. Disappointing service for a former customer.
Nothing but praise for this company from reception to sales to pickup. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Action Trailers.
