Customer service rep: its great to ask questions , but when your continuously cutting the client off before they can answer it makes things hard.
Took my deposit on a trailer on the way in, was told a few weeks. a month later there's been zero communication until they try to license the trailer. No down-payment, no financing setup and no communication. And the deposit is non-refundable because of some fine print BS.
