I'm in transportation for over 30 years, deal wit dozens if not hundreds dealers , shops all over US and Canada. One of the best place ever I've been in every aspect.
Overall dissatisfied with the purchase and investment. 1) I drove 400km round trip only to be told that my brand new trailer had a welding failure, failing safety and that they have to find a welder to come fixt it. Had to return weeks later after they had fixed the issue. 2) Just days after the 1 yr warranty, the main A-Arm mount point welding had failed and a peice broken off, potentially totalling my cargo. (personal use and barely any use to it) When contacted, service abruptly shrugged me off saying its out of warranty ... read more
