Action Title provided great service from the start to finish of my closing. Allie and her team are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and took the time to explain every step making it stress free. All our documents were accurate and we closed on time. We truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail!
I had the displeasure of a buyers agent choosing this company to close on my property. All of the 5 star reviews are from a previous owner of the company, it has very recently changed hands. Communication is very poor. Documents were not reviewed and came to me with numerous mistakes, incorrect property address, numbers mistakes, various potentially vital mistakes in the paperwork.
