Excellent service!
We took Leigh s Jeep to them in November because it would not come out of park, we have called several times they advised that they were working on it. I called yesterday they advised that the Jeep was not done, but they would work on it today. Called today they advised that it was not drivable and they didn't work on it today and the only way to get the vehicle would be to have a wrecker pick it up, because the shifter and other parts were on the workbench.
Beware!! The older gentleman that runs the shop and is a manger is in his late 40s-50s and will flirt with every woman that enters. Especially the younger women. He was sneaking around talking to my friend who was only 17! He is a big time creep!
I am a female & have always felt taken advantage of by the auto industry especially when it comes to repairs, however, Action Tire Company has won my family over. I love that they are taking care of my 16 year old daughter with the utmost respect & professionalism when talking to her about her blazer. Thanks so much and I look forward to seeing you all in the future.
I want to write a 5 star review because this guy was SOLID AF!!! I called because I hit a pothole and caused a big ass bubble on the side of my tire, he didn’t have one to fit, but instead of brushing me off, he made a joke about the copious amounts of potholes THEN took time to recommend other tire shops to me that could potentially help me! That the real deal! Sorry I didn’t get your name man, but I owe you a beer!
