Fair price and Great service
Poorly managed. They had a few dedicated managers but they were let go due to "lack of business" tire selections are dwindling as they mainly stock the bargain-basement Asian import "brands", but rather inconsistently. So what you buy today, might be unavailable next month. The team of technicians at the store are a good group of guys that care about people and will work hard, but the owners don't really care what happens at their stores. Wonderful service that exceeds expectations! A flat tire disrupted my journey and these folks were amazing.When the tire I needed was not in stock, they called local companies to find the correct tire. They were so welcoming and kept me in the loop as they searched for a solution. They worked hard to get me safely back on the road within a few hours. Thank you so much.
My battery went dead at the gas station in Alabaster. I put my hood up and had my cables out hoping for help. Anthony from action tire happen to be there and pulled up and jumped me off. What a great guy and a great company. He didn’t know I was a customer but just offered to help. Our company uses Action Tire and they have always done a great job on our trucks. The best!
