Worst phone manner rang trying to find a window tinter for my car that I was nice about simple “Hi mate, I’m chasing someone to tint my car but wanting it done asap. “Owners response was we are not a fast food restaurant buddy” I then said this isn’t how your meant to talk to customers and he continued to say have a nice day darling sweetheart. You are rude and have no idea how to treat your customers. It’s Friday put a smile on your dial and grow up. 50-60 year old man who is nothing but bitter.
Must be a new owner or the original owner has lost the plot as I had dealt with these guys on multiple occasions & he would never have talked or carried on in such a way as the douchebag that returned my call just did, ohh well his loss as I needed a job done for about 50 sq metres of tint.
Had Martin Install window tinting for my mother-in-law . Paid a lot of money for premium tinting. The tinting blistered due to installation. They took 10 weeks to return and he removed the film, leaving scratching on the glass panels. We followed up numerous times for a date to install warranty film. Advised each time , unable to provide date for install. Finally the other day after more attempts. Text recieved saying, action tint no longer trading. Terrible that they could do that to a 74 year old pensioner.
