Great service from Sandra...
Sandy is an excellent car sales manager. She is extremely helpful and polite. I normally put car salesmen, real estate agents, dentists, etc in my list of pushy people to deal with. Sandy doesn't fit this mould. I spoke to my GP's receptionist and she was telling me she wants a new car, but didn't know what she wanted. I said come and look at Frances's new Suzuki Ignis GLX and her first impression was I love it. Purchased a brand new Suzuki Swift. Paid in full, no finance. I was their easiest customer, didn't even haggle. Picked up the car off the showroom floor with already 53klms on it, 2 paired iPhones already set up and the trip computer says it's already had close to 9hrs 'driving time'. Likely been left idling. There was also grass and dirt on back floor mats. Went to rectify this at the dealership the next business day and was offered a $300 refund or the first service free. We had a great experience visiting Suzuki Parramatta! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although we haven’t purchased the car yet, the team took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the Swift. Special thanks to Sandy for her patience, knowledge, and genuine support, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting if you’re considering a Suzuki!
