Great experience. Most people are grumpy in the morning. Your young lady- Sharon I believe she said her name (glasses, long dark hair), she had a lot of sass but in a good way. She was joking and made an already rough morning better. She was very knowledgeable and was afraid to tell she didn't know and went and looked the answer up. Such a ray of sunshine. Please don't close your Traverse City location! I can see less product everytime I come in. It is devastating to think the only safety store in town is closing!
