From the first Time I met Mary she was very nice to us , I never have seen her mad or upset, I been with her 3 years, I don't know what these other people saw, She help us , with anything we ask. THANKS MARY

Always fast and safe!!!
Mary is probably the worse person being a customer service I have ever dealt with. From the phone to in person, she never showed common courtesy respect and continued to raised her voice. I will be escalating this to Uhaul corporate.
