I would go lower than one star but not available, twice this week( Wednesday appointment was at 3: 30 p-m failed to call and show up. I had a appointment with Action Spa Repair (Steve) today Sunday at 12 pm never called to say he was late, or running late,,, a no show again today no phone call or response from my 12 pm appointment,,as to current time of 9:16 p.m.still no phone call or response.
