I arrived towards the end of the day, unfortunately. I was informed that theirs one more car ahead of me, so I was asked to park in their lot, which I did. While I was parked, I was talking over the phone with a friend, not realizing that the smog technician was standing by my car toet me know he it was my turn.... I'm not sure how long he was standing there for.... He was very polite, and didn't want to interrupt my phone conversation....the service was wonderful. Kind and friendly atmosphere I recommend this place 100%
