My car was sent to action smart for a second repair after an accident for a tyre pressure fault. We spent two working days getting the car there and picking it up for the problem to come back. For the past month I have made contact with them at least 10 times with no one getting back to me. Absolutely disgusting service, don’t waste your time.

Brilliant service and people. 5 minutes after submitting a claim to NRMA I got a call from the receptionist to book the car in for assessment. I then received details of when and where to go. On arrival the whole process was explained from start to finish, and my car was assessed. I was worried that they would miss some dents but using their special assessment bay, they found dents that I couldn't even see.
