UPDATE: We needed the sewer line cleaned on short notice (April/2025) and they accommodated us almost immediately. Great service, much appreciated. Temperatures of -30 and dripping pipes are no one's favourite way to spend a day. I called the Action team and they sent over Justin and Jayden. They made my dog's day with scritches and fixed my problem with professionalism, kindness and understanding. They answered my questions without talking down to me even though this is not my area of expertise. 100% will be calling them again if needed. Thanks guys!

We recently purchased an acreage and are living the cistern/septic life for the first time. We had been renovating for a few weeks when all of a sudden the one toilet available to us stopped flushing on a Thursday night. After failed personal attempts and multiple phone calls on Friday, Action made room in their already full day to come on out and discover tree roots in our plumbing line. Excellent customer service. They arrived quickly even though they were busy. I had an issue the next day and they came back and took care of it at no extra charge. The guys were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
