HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! Ten stars. The owner, Roy, is brisk and professional and got someone to our place in about 2 hours. LOGAN was that person and he did a great job with our blocked and backing up kitchen drain. Very pleasant and professional man. Thank you to Logan for the good work and we will remember Roy and company if we need help again. And we will tell others about Action.

My shower drain plugged, so I called them for assistance. They did come out right away, but the plumbers who came got their tools stuck and proceeded to get dirty water all over my bathroom walls. They said they will send someone else with better tools out later, which they did and that was nice. But the second round they just spend 20 minutes trying to unplug it, had no success, gave up, and then charged me almost $200. So I paid almost $200 for them to make my bathroom more dirty. Two guys came to fix our sewer. They were really professional and clean, did so quick and clean after themselves. Highly recommended.
