This contractor refused to do the project after agreeing to it and after I signed a contract because I asked him for his insurance and license info. I forgot that he wasn’t licensed but he said he was working under someone else’s license which should have been provided. I have a security system in my building and needed to provide him with a code unique to him to disable the security system.
