I don’t leave many reviews but I feel compelled to do so for Action Services who worked me in on short notice to service a septic tank that to our knowledge hasn’t been serviced in nearly 40 years, we didn’t even know where it was. David and Stacey arrived on time, located the septic, dug it up, pumped it dry, and covered it back up. I was very pleased with the work, communication and the price!
fast, efficient and for a great price
The employees here are phenomenal and the owner actually gets out and gets his hands dirty. Very expedient service and very helpful. My issue is ongoing but given the service I've had thus far I'm not at all concerned. Absolutely recommend this company.
The Action Septic Tank guys were very prompt and responsive when they came out to empty our septic tank. They found an issue with our filter and also after asking them how to prevent a back up into our lower level they offered to put in a pop-up, which would prevent that. They were very professional, put the yard back the way they found it, and were very reasonable in their pricing. We would recommend them to anyone!
