I love being a customer of this locally owned business. I can see why they have zero complaints with the Better Business Bureau compared to the thousands that the nationwide conglomerates have. Always super professional, and I like that it’s a family business and not a major corporate feel: always on time, and prompt if we need a response.
Yesterday I had a truck hit my power line and rip the meter from my outside wall. This left me with no power and I had no idea who to call. After calling several companies who never returned my call I found Action Security. The office was extremely nice and was very reassuring on the phone. Mike arrived within an hour of the call. They were able to replace my electric box and wiring the same day. I’m so grateful and appreciative. I highly recommend Action Security. Thank you Mike and team!!
The team at Action Security is terrific! They were able to resolve a Major electrical issue, same day, when we were told by others it would take several days to even be diagnosed. Super nice, knowledgeable, and so thankful for their assistance and how they went way above and beyond! Will be calling them again and highly recommend!
These gentleman just helped us out of a bad situation SUPER fast and stuck around well after normal hours to make sure power was restored. I will be calling them first from now on. Highly recommend them.
