I have found Action RV to be helpful with repairs on my 5th wheel, advice for performing my own repairs, ordering parts when necessary, most of which arrived next day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Action RV has been my go-to place for my recreational equipment for 10 years.
We have been dealing with this company for almost a year. I don’t think we have ever been greeted by the same front office employee which should have been a red flag. There were a lot of delays in the process, some but not all were insurance related. Their prices did seem high and the insurance company took issue with the charges.
