RecommendedWe were so lucky to find Action RV over the 4th of July weekend. Great customer service. Mark for staying open until our RV got towed in and Debbie was always there to answer our concerns and questions.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Traveled to Rockport, TX with the temperatures in the 90s in our brand new Keystone Springdale travel trailer only to find the air conditioner did not work. Spent a miserable night and considered packing up and returning home. Action RV Service was recommended to us and we gave them a call. Took 5 months to solve propane problem and wouldn't initiate keeping us informed as to progress or problems they'd encountered during the process. The "action" was the customer's responsibility. Won't be using their services again. We spent a lot for a little.
We had an issue with our air conditioner. They took less than 30 minutes to change it out for a new one. Office staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. Their service charge is very reasonable and its great to not have to take your trailer to them.
We were passing through and developed a water leak at the water pump. They began working on it immediately and diagnosed it as a broken PVC joint. They didn't have that particular part so the service man picked one up at a supplier. It was fixed and we were on the road again in about an hour and a half. The price? $47 plus tax. They were great in every way.
They have been working for 2 weeks on our furnace and the thermostat. Can't seem to fix the "auto on" function of getting heat in this cold spell. Replaced thermostat but still "auto setting" won't work; must be manually turned on 24/7. Very annoying. Still trying to get them to FIX it as we paid $500 so far. Not sure we would use them again.
Steve came out to our RV park and quickly repaired our generator and measured our grey water tank for replacement. The lady in the office (whose name I can't remember) spent a good bit of time trying to find a replacement tank and found the original was no longer manufactured. She managed to find one that could be shipped in from another state, but it would take 2 weeks and we were leaving town in 2 days.
