We've had to use them a couple of times for warranty work. They do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We lost our heater and they made time in their schedule, the day I called, to come look at our issue. I highly recommend them for service repair.

Quick, reliable, and contacted my warranty company for me. Same day service-fixed what was needed FAST, friendly customer service, and excellent communication. Recommend to anyone needing RV repairs.
I emailed them on Sunday that one of our air conditioners wasn’t cooling and was only a year old. On Monday they called me and made an appointment to come and check it out. The service guys where very friendly and checked it out and said it needed to be replaced. Manufacturer was contacted and authorized replacement under warranty. A new unit was ordered and installed on Thursday. Very good friendly service.
Called action rv about my ac not working... They scheduled and came right over diagnosed the problem quick... They worked with my extended warranty and called me the next day had a new ac installed... Very professional and very smart... They are fast and get the job done right...
When the staff come to a neighbors residents today they brought a huge Rottweiler ‘I think’ dog and allowed him to get outta their van and run the park and shi* in other residents yards and not clean up after him. Stay outta our park if you can’t pick up after you’re dog. That’s nasty..
I hate giving this business even one star! We hired action RV to repair leaks on a slide for our RV! They made it worse. They charged my 80 year old mother almost 6,000.00 for the repairs. She is on social security and it took everything she had to pay this. The owner Mark Hofstetter refused to even talk with us about the horrible conditions his company left her RV in. We filed in small claims court and won the judgement. He refuses to pay that. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY!
There wok is shotty at best. We spent right at 6000.00 dollars to repair a small leak. they made it worse, and ruined our RV. They never show up to appointments to try and remedy the situation. would advise against using this company!
