Elvin and his team have been incredible! They only charged me $600 while a competitor wanted to charge me $2100!!! They also had to come out two more times to find the leak and replace more tiles at no charge. They were quick to respond and extremely fair.
Action Roofing Service just completed the re-roof of my home this morning. I could not be happier, the entire project, from my first contact with Tina in the Office, and Ben during the site visit for the estimate and then Elvin and his wonderful crew for the great job of installing the new roof. I do not know about their roofing install experience but I can say that they have NO recordkeeping. Both of my parents have passed away and I called this company because I knew they installed my parents roof. She told me they do not keep records. I said you install a new roof with no records? She said no, we keep records. I said ok, the I need to know when you installed their roof. She said that without knowing the year, she would have no way to find it because it is not on a computer, it is in a file cabinet. She was less t... read more
Ben's team did a stellar job replacing my roof and gutters. They also fixed a bunch of damaged wood and even improved a section that was not previously covered along my front porch. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly enough that I could joke around with them. On top of all that, the price was more reasonable than my other quotes.
