I asked Troy (owner /broker) to show me a property he listed. He told me that unless I allowed him to be my realtor as well, so that he could make a double commission that he would not show me the property. This is not only a violation of the ethics code, but it also hurts his client that hired him to sell the property. Just another dishonest realtor.
