Steve Potter is a crook and will lie directly to your face. He lied to the sellers and my Realtor. I had to call the sellers directly because I almost lost the house because of him. He told them I wasn't qualified for the loan, so they weren't going to sell it to me. This was after I spend well over $3,000 on the house and took time off of work. I got the house, but only because I skipped over him to tell them the truth. Do NOT EVER use this man. He is worse than a used car salesman.
