Great experience! Brandon was great with his knowledge of jet skis and helped me pick out the one perfect for me. And Justin and Jamie were great taking me from the sale to parts/add on's thru service. Second vehicle I have purchased there and will definitely be back when a new toy is needed.
Good for purchase, horrible for customer service! I purchased a $20k Spyder from them a year ago (and a premium extended warranty). This spring the bike would not start and service lights were on. I took the bike to Action for service. The service staff was rude and condescending. After almost 3 weeks (and a diagnostic fee later), they told me the bike simply needed a charge and I could pick it up.
