After another week of my previous company not showing up to clean my pool, I decided it was time for a change!!! The only problem was I had a birthday party in two days and my pool was looking a bit green and I had kids coming to swim. Finally a pool service company that is prompt and honest!!!! I thought I had major problems with my lights and they came over and found it to be just a breaker that had popped, they were there 10 minutes and answered some other questions I had had about my pool. For the first time since owning this pool I feel as though I know how to operate it and I am not intimidated by it anymore. All it took was someone to take the time and explain it in terms I understood. THANKS ACTION POOL !!!! I will refer my friends and family.
I called on Thursday July 3, when my pool quit working and I had a big party planned. I had called all over and was unable to get anyone before the holiday weekend. I happened to get the owner Reese on the phone and he tried to walk me through a few troubleshooting attempts but we were unable to get it going over the phone.
